Zebra payment plan.

Can anyone tell me how many months this is supposed to be taken over?

I thought it was 10 months, and I’m sure my payment plan said it finished in December, but I’ve just seen it’s come out my account at the end of January. That will be 11 payments.

I had 2 in April. Initial payment was on the 3rd and then last day of the month like all the others. I double checked my statements to make sure and I’ve definitely now paid 11 payments.

My first payment was the 22nd of April. My direct debit wasn’t set up until the 4th of April though going by the emails I have. I can’t go back as far as April in my online banking to double check.

Are you sure? My e-mail says “A Direct Debit Instruction has been set up on your bank account. The first payment of £41.82 is due to be collected by us on or about the 22/04/2018. Thereafter, 9 payments of £41.82 and a final instalment of £41.80 will be collected monthly on or about the same day and always within the month the payment is due“

I must have done the same cause I checked and double chef the payment plan and it said it finished in December, there must have been a bit o didn’t read below it. What a muppet.

What makes it ten times worse is, I started a new job in August and I now work Saturdays so I’ve only made it to 2 home games this season so I’ve been stick paying for this ticket every month and other people are using it. 🙄

I purchased a half season ticket in December. Was hoping to make it over either April or May. Doubt that’s going to happen now if we are in the bottom six. However, my ticket is getting used by a friend.

I don’t use the payment plan but a quick check of the original club site advert through Google confirms it is an 11month payment plan.

Hopefully last one is this month. Unfortunately I haven't been able to use my season ticket this season due to my health and can't see me making any of the remaining games either. Ah well I haven't missed anything anyway.
