1. Plenty effort. Little quality.
2. Nae pace, nae width
3. No-one linking the midfield and the attack.
4. In terms of expectations; this season is last season and last season is this season.
5. The new manager needs to restore the indignant spirit that caused us to fight to disprove the ‘hibs-it’ label.

1.Bunch of individuals running around giving plenty of effort, but not playing as a team.
2. No drive from midfield
3. Forwards fighting for mere scraps. Thank goodness for Oli Shaw as Kamberi is "lost"
4. A team desperately looking for guidance and leadership. A rudderless ship drifting in mid-table obscurity at present.
5: The season can be saved with the right manager. Top 6 is feasible and Hampden a possibility.

Re point 2 and lack of pace, this is our main problem.
Unbelievable that we've signed so many players and not one of them is a speed merchant.
