Wonder if anyone can help. I’m currently on the train going into the game and have forgotten the tickets I printed off. I’ve got the email and pdf on my phone. If I scan the barcode will it still work?

Seems to work for some and not others. Doesn’t work on my phone unfortunately
I’m sure the TO will print off tickets for you

Never tried it, but the consensus on here is that you need to turn up the screen brightness for it to work.

Zoom in on the bar code and take a screenshot. Then scan the screen shot, hopefully that works.

I phones automatically do that, just never works for me. Would be handy in the situation of the OP

It’ worked for me, however, it took about 3/4 mins. Had to move the iPhone about till it accepted it.
I now go to the ticket office for a free reprint before the game. I got some abuse for holding the que up.

No in a ticket wallet app. It’s takes a picture of the barcode and creates a virtual ticket. I only use it as a full back tbh.
