Why, when Mallan gets booked for having been confronted by Ferdinand (another obvious time wasting ploy) was their keeper not booked?

2) 'Head' injuries - It appears that referees will only stop play when a player goes down with a head injury. As St Mirren so expertly demonstrated last night as soon as one of their players went down injured they immediately clutched their head in an obvious attempt to have the game stopped. My opinion, is that bookings should be automatic for the 'head' injury cheats.

3) No 6 foot plus professional goalkeeper should lose a goal from a shot in the other half of the pitch.

There, I feel much better now.
