I’ll say one position better off - above hearts into sixth. I think hearts will slip down more than the others

Can see us staying about the same. Looking at the fixtures, this is how I see it.

Kilmarnock Away 1
St Mirren Home 3
Hamilton Away 1
Celtic Home 0
Rangers Home 0
Livingston Home 3
Rangers Away 0
Hearts Home 1

9 points from a possible 24

I predicted 8 points from Decembers fixtures so I reckon either 7th or 8th.
That would give us 27 points after 21 games. At that rate we would end up with about 50 points v 67 last season. Anyone know how many points we had at the end of December last year? Must have been around 32 as we had a much better record after the winter break.

At the break last season we had 35 points from 22 games. 9 wins, 8 draws and 5 defeats.

We finished the season with 7 defeats last season but I expect us to be on at least 7 by the time the transfer window opens. I just hope the January window doesn't come too late for us this year

That’s bottom of the league.. it doesn’t get less optimistic 👀

I’m presuming though that you’re meaning points. I’d be delighted with 12 to be honest.

We don't have a settled team ,still have injured players and Lennon is saying Team lacks confidence Dundee for me was the perfect game to get. Ack to winning ways and we could t do it That. doesn't bode well with the fixtures we have coming up As things Stand we will struggle to achieve more than Sixth unless Lennon can have a fully fit Squad and get them playing again with confidence
Get more injuries and we can forget even that
Had hoped we would be up there with Kilmarnock as it was clear Aberdeen were struggling as not scoring
Still time to turn it round but we really now need to win two games away from home on Plastic pitches in probably Crap weather and Our away form isn't great
Would love to be sounding more upbeat but we are where we are for obvious reasons
What's not so clear is how to get things sotrted
Gray back and on form would help and Boyle and Mallan getting back to form and scoring would also help
Kamberi and Mclaren being a partnership and getting service and scoring would do the same
So let's hope it all clicks into place soon

😍 get them

Sorry, I think that’s crap, but unless we get the defence to start doing their job properly and our forwards to find the way to goal again, we will for sure still be a bottom six side, with the actual position up for debate.

Think we’ll beat rangers and hearts at home draw with livi and lose to rangers away so
another 7 points to go above hearts and st j into sixth

will we also try and extend Emerson?

Kilmarnock Away =0

After yesterday's win, my confidence in the team has grown significantly.

Rangers (H) - 3 points
Livi (H) - 3 points
Rangers (A) - 1
Hearts (H) - 3

These results would take us up to 36 points, and would actually have us sitting 3 points more than we did this time last season.

Exactly the same way I see it which would be a very good month. Overall 16 points out of a possible 24 is a very good return when you consider the teams we’ve faced this month.

I'm delighted about yesterday's result but I think some people need to calm down a bit if they think it means we're going to get 10 points from our next four games.

One game at a time, always.

I think we've a good shot at 3 points on Wednesday. It'll be tough but if we can replicate our desire and hunger from Sunday then we'll take something from the game.

Rangers (home) - draw.
Livi (home) - win.
Rangers (away) - lose.
Hearts (home) - draw.

7th.

Still the same prediction from me, 6th or 7th.

If we could get into the top half before the break, then add a couple of decent players in the January window, we would be nicely set up to at least challenge for a European place.

Agreed, however playing Celtic generally is a free hit, sure the players expect to get something out of it, but when you play a team with a much bigger budget anything out of it is a bonus, so we have given ourselves a slight headstart

Have to agree with you on this, but my problem is, why have we been so poor up till this result?
We have not made mass changes from the weeks before, if its the team set up, then why has it taken so long to find it?
Other big question is will we field the same team and formation against Rangers???

Don’t overly care about what position we are in. The league is that tight that teams will trade positions weekly.

Given our horrific run of form the most important thing is to make sure we go in to the new year in touch with those above us. Hopefully we can overtake one of two as well.

Despite everything that has went on we’re only 8 points of The Rangers who are top with the opportunity to get it down to 5 this week.

7 points minimum from the next 4 games.

It is surprisingly close between first and eighth.

Hopefully Celtc appreciate the challenge they're now getting and how well it helps them prepare for Euro competition
