Any of the older posters share with me a certain satisfaction when the derby finishes 0-0? Pre premier league, late 60s etc the derby always seemed to be 0-0 and it always feels like the most apt score line! That’s one reason why 1/1/73 was such a pleasant occasion -

Was the 80's and 90's for me. 0-0 was about as good as it got for us at times during this period, so no fond memories there.. Im more of 'Im falling off my chair laughing 6-2 kind of dude..' :greengrin

Far more 0-0's at Tynecastle than ER.

From 1965 to 1975 there were seven 0-0s (quite a lot considering we only played two league derbies per season back then). Perhaps more interestingly, considering our record there since the 80s, we beat them 4-0, 4-1 and 7-0 at Tynecastle during that period! In fact we won seven derbies at Tynecastle during those 10 years.
