Anyone having issues logging into their e tickets account? Keeps saying that my account has been locked out when I try and sign in. It was fine yesterday, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Did you get, or try to get Derby tickets?

It happened to me last season when trying to get rangers tickets and the system kept kicking me out (it wasnt a mad dash one, just one of those things). Im sure I emailed the ticket office (after trying the rest password link etc) and they fixed it very quickly.....I remember being surprised at the quick response I got to say it was resolved.
I emailed - tickets@hibernianfc.co.uk and got a response within half an hour resolving it. :aok:

Tried the reset password link but have not received an reset email yet, I did try for tickets yesterday and it was an absolute nightmare trying to get into the site as per using several different devices but I did get in eventually.

I'm going to nuip by the ticket office in a bit to speak to staff to see if they can help.

Yeah exactly the same mate, I never got the forgot password emails so thats why I ended up emailing them.....Im sure its someone sat in the ticket office anyway, so I can imagine popping in would be fine to sort it.

Went to the ticket office and they staff member that served me was great, he went on the computer, clicked something and that was it sorted. Something to do with too many devices logged in as a result of the great ticket dash yesterday.
