Milligan playing left centre back in a 3. Maybe Australia feel at his age he’s better in that position

It may be because they have stronger midfielders than defenders. It's good for us though that he is versatile. We have been hurt by injuries to our cbs in recent seasons

The Aussies have been absolutely stinking in the final third. Not sure if it is the ball, the pitch or ineptitude but Boyle would certainly improve them on what I've seen.

There was an aerial shot about 10 mins ago, and the only people visible were the ones in the stand facing the camera... all the other stands are empty. Looked more like about 500

Not full international, but pretty sure Victor Palsson captained Iceland under 21’s.

Woke up at 4-30 am and watched the second half.

Milligan unscathed and seemed to coast through the game.

New Oz manager's first game in charge and very much an experimental side, with as expected a few newcomers, and hopefuls.

Millsy frequently plays centre back for the national side...so no surprise there.

Actually the first time Oz have won in Kuwait, and unaware of the relative strength of the Kuwaiti side put out, but result never in doubt.

Oz seemed to be stronger on the right...Matthew Leckie was a star performer down the right at the World Cup, and the love affair with Arzani persists it seems, plus a scoring debut for the wee South Sudanese born player making his debut, suggests that Boyler may be used down the left.

Time will tell.
