My only worry is that after that effort today they will be totally shattered. So much so they will be out on their feet by the time they do the dinner tonight then the washing up and get the barns to bed as well as the ironing.:offski:

Amazing that the winners and runners up in last year’s Euros haven’t qualified for the World Cup. It’s going to be a tough qualifying group.

Scenes at the end were terrific. Greatly deserved - coming back from 2-0 down against Poland showed fantastic mettle, but they’ve been great throughout. Special mention for Kim Little, a giant of the ladies’ game but never appeared at a major finals.

I haven't really watched women's football before as it's never really appealed to me. However there's no doubt that the profile of the women's game in England has significantly increased in recent years due to the success that their teams have had and hopefully that will happen here.

Anything which boosts the profile of sport in Scotland is fine by me and hopefully it may even encourage more girls to participate in sport as I know that is still a particular issue.

one of the fastest growing sports in the country. Apparently doubled the number of registered players in last 5 years. Huge success story.
