Grasshoppers sound like they should play in green, but I'm fairly sure they play in blue and white.

Yes my apologies, I was thinking it was Grasshoppers who played Everton in the 84/85 European cup winners cup final but of course it wasn't it was Rapid Vienna.

Years ago I remember Bob Wilson having a go at Peter Shilton on Football Focus for his all-white or all-yellow outfits because it helped attackers' awareness of where he was in their peripheral vision. If there is anything in that, then does playing in green actually help a team, even if in a miniscule way eg helping an attacking player sneak up the blind side of a defender?
Good number of green clubs out there. I wonder how many European clubs play in a bloody sh*t colour.

FC Krasnodar - Russia
Breidablik - Iceland
Tatran Presov - Slovakia
