Does anyone know how much we've made in prize money so far from our European excursion (qualifying and progressing to the third qualifying round)?

Is the amount accumulative or three payments of those amounts?

Three payments.

• second qualifying round – €260,000

Is each payment for succeeding? ie €500k for first and second and then €280k if we beat Molde over two legs? Or have we qualified for all three payments already?

All three payments are in the bank.

If we get through next one and get into group stages we do not get that payment but it's mega bucks for qualifying for groups instead.

Even if we were to go out at Play off stage, we would still pocket another €300K. So not all bad.

Minimum of €2.92 million if we reach Group stage. Mega bucks for a club the size of Hibs.

Pity that other than the contract fee we won't get any more money from the pie sales!!

I’m pretty sure clubs get zero tv money these days. Tv companies negotiate with UEFA. Money is all pooled and used as prize money.

Yes but also I’m sure I read that some of the TV money goes into a fund outside the prize money and is divided up.

I know all the teams in the premier league get a payment from UEFA based on the previous seasons European performance, maybe that’s what that is.

I’m sure I read that you don’t get the money until you actually go out of the tournament?

Anyone know if this is true or do we already have the 780k in the bank?

Hopefully the money is used to improve the squad.

Say we get another 14,000+ home gate against Molde - that would be c40,000 home attendances for the 3 Rounds so far. Say roughly £18 average ticket price, then that’s another £720,000 in the pot!

There will be costs to the club for travel, accommodation etc but great income for the club

So if we go out the next round do we get the sum of all that or 280k?

If the former it seems mental that you could enter in the first round get emptied in round 2 and walk away with more money than a team that enter the competition in round 3?

We must be doing very well financially. Record season tickets last season and on course to beat that this season, raking it in in Europe and a decent league placing. Was it just the one cup semi we got to last season? All adds up.

Steady. The club will need to be careful with the pricing. We’ll be lucky to get 10000 otherwise. Quite a few folk on here said so.

I think there will be 18k at the Molde game which should bring in an extra £350k in extra income. All up we will have brought over £1.5m over the last month.

All of it, signs a new 3 year contract. Sell him in 12-18 months for £8-10 million
