Griffiths was the best quality wise. Henderson for obvious reasons would be my choice though.

Griffiths is the best in terms of actual talent. Imagine we had him in this team with the midfield we have behind him?

Griffiths scoring 28 goals in 44 games in his second season was phenomenal, especially given the limitations of that Fenlon team (though I appreciate the job that he did).

Was such a shame that he wasn't fit for that Scottish Cup Final, we would always have been up against it even if he was - but he really would have addressed the imbalance considerably, given the form he was in. In retrospect, was so much better to win the SC with the team that we did, but would have been great for LG to have been in the team to do it.

Completely understand the reason why stokes is getting so many shouts but for me sparky just edges it. He pretty much was our season in 12/13 and it showed just how much we’d go onto miss him. Stokes will always be a god though.

Griffith's stoped us beeing relegated on at least 1 occasion if not 2 . Stokes performance won us the cup but was honkin the rest of his loan. It's a tough one!

I like your point! probably would have saved us from Butcher as well...... But then we probably would never have been able to sign Stokes at that time...... These time travel problems are a right pain.:agree:
