Anyone given this a proper go? I started his fundamentals course yesterday. That lasts for 10 weeks.
My mates tried to warn me off it as he was pretty overwhelmed by what he calls kundalini.

Don't know anything about Wim Hof, but have done a quick Google.
There seem to be parallels with Kundalini Yoga, which I practice regularly. Kundalini energy can be very powerful and, if you're not used to it, quite disconcerting and even scary.
From the KY perspective, I would always recommend finding a teacher or supervisor if you're just starting out. It helps to manage the effects, both positive and negative. I'm not sure if that applies in your situation, but maybe worth thinking about.
That all said, if you get the results I get from KY, it's well worth the effort.

Thanks for that CWG. I'd never heard of Kundalini until he mentioned it yesterday. Said he wasnt prepared for it & feels like he's been hit by a bus. Sounds like he was practicing it off his own back rather than through the course I'm going through....I've looked up a Kundalini teacher (surprised there is one out here) so I'll give her a shout.
I know theres links to Tummo meditation & Wim Hof......3 pillars are basically some stretching, intense breathing & cold water treatment...A lot of it around alcalizing the body & creating more control of the body chemistry.

Just returning to this topic.
I was talking to a guy last night at my Kundalini class about Wim Hof courses. It wasn't the OP, was it?
