Maybe one from Gorgie too?

Maybe folk realised that if you cannae tune in a telly to show a match you shouldn’t be involved in trying to run the whole league!

:dunno: Could just be normal rotation among non exec directors - happens in a lot of organisations.

In reality, not much.

Should be a belter of a statement incoming from Rangers about it, though.

I assume Mrs Budget has stepped down to concentrate on her five year plan to complete their main stand.

When today do they get their mild reprimand?

I've heard folk talking of a rift between Lawwell and Petrie.

Anyone know what that is all about?

If true, surely Lawwell gaining more prominence is a bad thing for us?

Take away the Hibs/Celtic part of that and I tend to side with Lawell.
Lawell wanted an investigation into what happened at Ibrox and Petrie wants to sweep it all under the carpet.

Does Petrie have any standing in the SPFL?

According to the Scotsman newspaper Stewart Robertson (Rangers) being replaced by Peter Lowell (Celtic) is part of the “unwritten reciprocal arrangement between Celtic and Rangers” which stretches back to the formation of the SPL in 1998. The trade off is expected to continue next month with Robertson replacing Lowell on the SFAs influential Professional Game Board.

Now I know we shouldn’t be surprised as far as the twin cheeks are concerned but I was always led to believe that personnel were voted into these positions. Now we learn that we have a situation which drives a coach and horses through the democratic process. No wonder the 11 to 1 voting system and the imbalance of prize money (where the old firm are “expected” to finish in the top two league places) exists. Perhaps we should insist Hibs/Hearts or Aberdeen/Dundee have similar agreements.

Is it any wonder that the smell of corruption is never too far away from Scottish football.

Budge and her fabled managerial prowess was found out. Thete was a reason the company was called Newell and Budge and not the other way around.

FFS, you couldnt make this up, we really are just a bunch of cowboys, who wouldn't know fair play if it bit us on the nose.

Our game is corrupt to the core, and the club we support actively support this sheite by agreeing to it.
