Black Bags on Planes

Are you allowed empty black bags on a flight, i was planning on taking some to collect the rubbish on the buses ??

Cant find any info on it from Scandinavian Airlines who my flights are with

Any info would be appreciated

They are already sorted in the hold mate, don't know what they are going to make of all the red markings scattered all over the shovel though :wink:
