Interesting.

I take it that was pre Cathro. If so, a timely warning.

I don't think the Maltese team are up to much, and the team that beat them are 2nd in the Faroe Islands' league, whilst NSI are 5th

I've just seen the top side in their league managed to squeeze past St Joseph's from Gibraltar via penalties.

Weren't a lot on here also looking for a tie against Bala Town? Well they also got knocked out over two legs by a team from San Marino.

Flights and accommodation booked for Greece. If it goes tits up then a wee jaunt to Athens it is! :greengrin

This team from the Faroes (population of 50,000) finished 4th in their league. To give you perspective that is the equivalent of a team finishing 4th in a city league for Perth, Scotland. They are midway through their season though which is a big point. Banana skin? Yes. But if we lose this we deserve all the ridicule we get.

Keep the faith!!

The difference was that hearts were rank and we are not. We will win this tie with a bit to spare. Hopefully get it done in the first leg

Think there is at least 300 Hibs fans booked up for Greece.A lot of these will probably be booked to come back on Saturday 2nd August in time to see first league match on Sunday 3rd . If we don`t get through first round how many will cancel to save cash and to see Motherwell match ?

Anyone got odds for the 1st round tie to qualify for insurance purposes? Haha

Sent from my SM-G950F using TapatalkSounds like a good move but wasn`t just meaning money . Assuming that high % of fans that would travel to Greece would be diehards that wouldn`t miss many if any league matches danger of missing first league match if we lose in 1st round and fans have booked return for Saturday .
