Seems all the Rangers playing are sucking up to Gerrard

Wonder what Murty makes of this criticism, he’s still at them!

Couldn’t believe Murty went back to his job with the under 20’s. The Rangers treated him badly and he hangs around. Crazy imo.

Always makes me laugh when professional players criticise a coach for lack of fitness or 'intensity'- where is your professional pride as a player to not only do your work at training but to keep yourself in tip top shape either by additional work on the training pitch or in the gym ? At this level of football the onus should be on both the coach and the player to keep supremely fit and be professional on and off the pitch.

It's sheer laziness on the part of a footballer to purely blame a coach (or coaches). Either way Gerrard will flop, Celtic have yet to flex their financial muscles this summer (even after Edouard).........and that I'm afraid is the marker for The Rangers. They'll not even be close to Celtic next season.

Good post but I hope they hammer Celtic.

Not a chance of that mate, Celtic had a wee scare last season and I think Rodgers realises they need four quality players to refresh their team and challenge in Europe. The Rangers won't even get close to them, either in the Old Firm fixtures or over the season. Celtic are going for 10 in a row and I fully expect them to focus fully on that hereon in. Aberdeen, Hearts, and ourselves are far more likely to challenge The Rangers rather than Celtic - they'll stroll it.

No fan of Celtic but the one time I always most want to lose is Rangers (either version).
I'd grudgingly want them to win if it was a direct benefit to Hibs.
Other than that hope they lose every game.

Spot on,, the Sevco media mob have nothing else to say, so try and make a positive out of "fitness"I remember Gerrard was confirmed as manager a few days after they got pumped 5-0 by Celtic in the league decider and they were trying to dress it up as 'feel good factor has returned to Rangers'! Laughable.

Are you saying Scotland needs a strong Rangers team? ;)

Not sure I've ever worked out the reasoning behind training at the height of summer in Spain for a season mainly in the Scottish winter.
