The days of it being a Saturday, 3pm kick off could be set to be a thing of the past - once again, money talks:

Absolute nonsense.

Won’t need a bus if it’s at Murrayfield

Hahah... You'd think this was a weekly event with that statement.

Don't really have an issue with this, as long as the date/time is arranged in advance. Don't really see why the cup final has to be on a Saturday at 3pm, other than the "that's what we've always done" argument, which doesn't hold any credence with me.

Idea will be on its arse as soon as Celtic and rangers reach a final and the police don't want a late kick off.

Right enough. Why was that again? I was on a Stag do in Newquay on the Friday. Flew up to Edinburgh on the Saturday afternoon.

It was because the champions league final was on the Saturday, so our final couldn’t be shown on TV on the same day.

When we win it again in 114 years time, I won't really care what time it's on at.

Champions league final was on the same day as the hearts final as well? Or was it during the day the year of the Celtic game.

You know ehat it’s like with buses, wait 114 years for one to come along then you get 3 or 4 in the space of 10 years.⚽️🏆

Might be ok next season but have no idea when the final will be played in 2 years time as I don't have 2020 vision.

I think the SFA had special dispensation the previous year but were only allowed it once.

Ian Maxwell has more or less said there that he has no interest in how this would affect the experience for the supporters. A splendid appointment.
