Has anyone done of these? I’ve got to do one today but keep putting it off because I don’t know what to expect.

I was told I need to do one to open an account and it would take the best part of an hour. I nipped next door to the Clydesdale instead.

This is for a job, so not an option to go to Clydesdale instead.

I found it really awkward. The questions were pretty standard. If you’re good at interviews it would be a doddle, I’m just not very good at them at the the best of times, never mind when it feels like I’m talking to myself.
