Thought first half today he was unplayable.

He was taking the mick out of anyone that came near him and looked like he was down the park having a kick about with his pals. Most of his skill came against his good pal Halliday who I don’t think will be best of pleased!

We need to sign him.

At times, Allan plays at a different level.
He does the unexpected, and I love that. Sometimes it doesn't come off, but when it does :not worth

He is simply irresistible when on the top of his game - a joy to watch. The less said about the tackle the better though - very fortunate to not see red. Mistimed more than anything sinister, but a bad one all the same.

What makes that tackle even better was that hun had just snapped Kamberi and got up like the big man. Boooooffffff Scotty Allan nails him and the huns limping for the next 10 minutes 😂😂

I think we'll see him as a Hibs player again next season

Scott Allan was dishing out a bit of revenge I suspect with that tackle, which was a really bad one. If an opposition player had done that to a Hibs player I would have wanted a red card.

Other than that, Scott had a good game, especially in the first half.

Allan seems to love it here. Was draped in hibs scarves after the game and took way more time than anyone to speak to kids and sign autographs. Was also brilliant today, scored a goal, snapped Rossiter, wound up the rangers and was a joy to watch. For me he is our best player and certainly the one who gets me off my seat.

Get him signed and build a team around please.

Anyone heard how Scott got on with the x-ray he was going for?

In his aftermatch interview on Hibs TV he mentioned that he was supposed to go on holiday last night but he had to get an x-ray. I'm assuming it was his wrist?..as he took a sore one towards the end of the game at the away end.

Not heard how he got on but I can’t see it being bad.

It’s his wrist and he fell awkwardly on it about 25 mins in after skinning Halliday. Got it strapped up at the time, hopefully just a strain.

He’s not going to Celtic.

Is he, isn’t he? I’ve no doubt Celtic will be in the mix but the might be outbid by an English team. They could use Scott Allan as leverage and my concern is that, if we accept a bid from down south, Celtic might spit the dummy out the pram and hold on to Allan even though they aren’t really fussed about him.

BR likes to play the good guy to the media. Has said Scott & Hibs seem a good fit. May make him look poor if he stoped the sale. £350 k. Done deal but big sigh on.

Absolutely outstanding. A joy to watch. Still not sure why Lennon didn’t go for him last summer? I know there was a thread on here at the time suggesting at and the response was mixed between folk willing to forgive him or not. He clearly would have chosen us over Dundee. Would have got us the points required to finish 2nd if we’d had him all season. Hurry back next season please.

Puzzled me as well. I was told we were offered him in the summer (came from a friend of one of our first team) and NL didn't want him. Maybe some of the ITK guys can confirm if that was true ?

I reckon not bad actually. I don't think he will be in Rogers plans for celtic so I don't see them being too difficult to deal with.

If I was Allan I would grab the chance with both hands. Play for hibs for a couple of seasons or so, get yourself back into the spot light again and attract attention then weigh up your options.

I’m sure John McGinn is over there just now as well. Allan is best mates with Halliday, funny seeing the Huns getting worked up into a right wee state about it. Imagine trying to dictate who your own players can socialise with and go on holidays with? Absolute bampots.

Ryan Christie is returning to Cellic, and SA will leave Cellic - but Rodgers won't allow him to the Huns.

He has played his best stuff at ER - and we will have capacity to sign him post Dylan and SJM. I'll be amazed if SA isn't at ER next season.
