Hearts fans haven't been able to accept that ER has won the capacity championship, if we've just taken their prized "best atmosphere" trophy I think that will tip more than a few over the edge.

The whole Tynecastle thing is a myth. It’s because the fans are on top of the players so they hear every shout. This doesn’t mean it’s the best atmosphere though.

When Easter Road is rocking it’s much louder than Tynecastle, one example was when we beat them at ER and Sunshine on Leith could be heard at Portobello.

The Tynecastle atmosphere story is more or less being peddled by Hearts themselves nowadays. It was one of the foundations that would help them into third place in the league and that didn't go too well.

Also the insular cretins on Sportsound getting their jollies in that old wooden stand. Still maybe they like all those pseudo-sectarian chants the jambos have been left with since 2016.
