Thought profiteering off fellow Hibs fans wasn't allowed on here?

Is that profiteering? I hope not. I'm sure he'd be willing to take less for petrol....

£26 for a ticket and £24 fuel? That's not an even share. Costs £30 max up and down, used to do it weekly.

FFS person making an offer for a Hibs fan to get to Aberdeen match I assume if somebody wants it and is happy to pay that then that is that. I think anyone wanting to go are capabale of working out cost analysis. Person just doing a Hibbie a turn.

Just done a quick calc.
250 miles at £5.5/gallon = approx £28 fuel
Average ticket price say £24
Total = £52

Looks like the driver wants traveller to pay for ticket & all the fuel however, the driver has the wear and tear on his car and the buyer gets chauffeur driven to the game + the ticket's bought for him already (I assume).

Not a rip-off but, no bargain either - IMO.

Is the price inclusive of a fish supper at The Carron in Stonehaven?

(The one downside of travelling by train is not getting to enjoy such a delicious tea time treat)

Can we now add Martin Lewis to the list of celebrity Hibs fans?

Would rather spend £50 on a Lego bus... anybody know where I can get one of those, preferably a low quality one at that ?

[emoji851] HMRC rate is 45p per mile. That's £113 for the trip. Between 4, £28 each.

takes all sorts to be a Hibby. not the kind of deal for me but each to their own. suppose someone might find it too good to miss for a last minute decision. I find it quite hard to fathom folk that booked seats on our bus 2 weeks ago, to then cancel tonight but hey ho. have had others who cant go due to work commitments but decently paid for their empty seats.all is not lost

I’ve nothing but respect for bus convenors - being let down by people must be a occupational hazard.
