Tickets for the match at Tynecastle Park against Hearts sold out quickly and were originally due to be ready for collection on Friday 4 May.
The Hibernian Ticket Office is open from 10am to 3pm on Saturday and will be open from Monday at its usual operational hours of 10am to 5pm.
