Where are the good/busy places to go on School nights for a wild night?? Busier the better.

Sunday - Hive, or Cav at a push
Monday - Hive
Tuesday - Hive
Wednesday - Hive, definitely Hive.
Thursday - Hive, Picturehouse used to be an option though.


I say that, I think I've been to Hive/a club about 3 times in the last 5 years. I've accepted those days are over, and I can't say I'm fussed. I'm knackered by 10 after a couple of beers anyway. :greengrin

I went in a few months back 'for a laugh'. It wasn't funny, it was a crap night and my 2 mates and I were the oldest in the place by about 10 years.

I was too old for the Hive when I was in my mid-20's.

Fingers Piano Bar is usually pretty busy later in the evening.

The busy places are the ones like why not or opal, but they’re full of students. Somewhere like El Bario might be a better option.

Everyone is too old for the Hive. :greengrin

Finnegans Wake is a good shout - live music every night I think.

(It's also a gateway pub to the Hive when "I'm too old for the Hive" becomes not applicable at 1am. :wink: )
