Not sure that really constitutes genius tbh. If he'd just behaved himself he could have watched the match in the stadium like the rest of his fellow fans for a fraction of what it cost him to hire a cherry picker.

Surprised he didn't get moved on as I would have thought that a stadium ban would have included the immediate surrounding area. Sorry I'm only cherry picking.

All I can say is that I think he is using the cherry picker as a platform to launch his opposition to the original ban.

The cougars head coach the other year got a 6/7 game ground ban for first team games after having a few run in with refs.

With it being a ground ban he had to leave the ground 2 hours before kick and not allowed back in until 1 hour after.

There is a petrol station above the ground who give him permission to secure some ladders on the property so he built it high enough so he could watch the game. Used to make me laugh seeing a head popping over the fence every now and then.

For the above Widnes game from the link a company made us marks with the face of the banned coach, every fan walked to the away end with one on. Took ages getting in the ground while they forced everyone to take them off 😁
