I’d like to thank them for the marvelous entertainment they’ve provided this season. Not for their own supporters, obviously, but they’ve done right by us. From the new stand to the statements to the magnificent Queen of Hearts to CL’s somewhat agricultural style of football, they’ve gone out of their way to amuse us and been highly successful in doing so.

So credit where it’s due - put your hands together for our wonderful neighbours!

I know they are both modest characters and abhor the limelight, but I really think we should highlight the individual contributions of Queen Ann and Craig Levein.

She has masterminded the redevelopment of Tynecastle into what is unquestionably the third best stadium in the world and top class hospitality and conference facility.

He selflessly stood aside to allow young coaching talent to flourish, but then realised he could no longer deny the Hearts first team his unique abilities. He’s a born winner.

Heaven help us all. This duo are likely to dominate global football!

And despite putting everyone else first it looks like they're going to be unassailable in making 6th place their own as well as comfortably taking the building of one wee stand over a year construction time and £15m building cost.

They will be a different animal next year. Not exactly sure which kind of animal but my guess is that it will be one of those on the ads on ITV 3 where they need you to send £3 a month to keep them going.

Did I understand correctly that in “recycling” the steel for their “new” stand it’s effectivley aged before it was even put up?

That’s £1.2 million a month if all their fans chip in... Champions League Cup a formality...

Hilariously, one of the Muppets's 'opinion' on '19 points-back' of the Hamilton V Ross Co -

'The standard is gantin. I've seen more impressive kickabouts in the local park'

Being a Jambo he'll be a connoisseur of 'gantin' !
