skybet shows 2 off target now.
Hearts must really be upping their game :greengrin

Levein frantically signalling for them to get back in their own half. They might just sneak a 2-0 defeat here.

Could be a cup final situation for the cardigan wearers. Months of meaningless games in preparation for their cup final against the beggars believers only for it to be a struggle to raise themselves against a team with momentum.

They've already lost all 3 points to our closest challengers.

Hope they're as ***** against us and don't raise their game. Our record at tynecastle isn't the best but I reckon we have it in us to go get the 3 points off them

At this point of the session, when they have ZERO to play for, Leviens sole target is to screw us over, not help hearts

Their main threat to us is going to be injuring our players. Im usually pessimistic going into Derby games but I can see us dispatching this lot no bother. They are not only total gash, they are also disinterested.

Will they be disinterest v Us at home where they have a decent recent record and we don't win there that often
Yes we are overdue a win there and on paper This Hibs Team should deliver but before then we need to Beat Kilmarnock and Aberdeen first

What did he say?

Chris Sutton said Levein had done a good job in difficult circumstances, stewart pointed out there had been no difficult circumstances and asked how he’d done a good job.

The whole time he was giggling and smirking away.

I think he dislikes Levein more than me and that’s saying something.

29th June 2017 - '

'Kyle Lafferty says he has joined the "biggest club in Edinburgh and the third-biggest club in Scotland" after signing for Hearts'

'"Where Hearts want to go, I want to play a massive part in it,"

30th June 2017 -

'Kyle lafferty targets 20 goals and silverware with Hearts'

'I want to be known as they guy who scored 20, 25 goals with the first trophy in the new stand'

Scored 10 goals, no 'Silverware' and their 'New Stand' will soon be their 'Old Stand' before it's actually finished - we win tomorrow and we're one point away from being 20 points ahead of them !. Maybe his agent didn't know Hearts access to 'Other People's Money' no longer exists - either way, much like his decision to join the Hun years ago, it seems that along with playing football, 'Thinking, Knowledge and good-taste' are not the Northern-Irish 'Hen Broon's strong-points !

Didn’t see the game tonight but sounds like Berra was poor again. He was awful against Rangers and wonder if a long season is taking its toll. To think some were suggesting he was at Hanlon‘s level!!

But Hearts have a surprisingly good home record and are clearly very tough to beat at Tynie so we will need to be prepared for an absolute kicking match when we visit. I hope though that Lennon doesn’t look to match up and goes all out attack as we have the skill, pace and quality to hurt them big time.

Diclonius
27-04-2018, 10:14 PM
Plainly obvious that they aren't interested, probably coming from the manager.

They'll try in their remaining three games as we're not competing with Celtic (and hopefully won't be against Killie), but I wouldn't be surprised if it's virtually a second XI against Celtic. The only game that matters to them is v us. Pathetic.

From '16 but soon 19 points behind Hibs-back' -

'Craig on BBC said “We had 14 shots and seven of those were on target. I thought we played with a lot of intelligence''

Laughable - pitiful as well but mainly laughable !

On a more serious note, I'm getting really worried that the Muppets (unlikely as it seems) are starting to 'get real' and Levein's time might be up soon - and I'd really like him there for at least one more season !!

Greenbeard

We’re getting off lightly on the goal difference.
My thoughts exactly having just seen highlights, misleading as they can be, but hearts made to look the team they are - sh*te.

Thought/hoped Aberdeen would have shipped some points in their first two games but alas no. Two easiest mind. Will take any sort of win today but a few goals wouldn't go amiss in case 2nd or 3rd comes down to GD v them.

Also agree with others, Hearts will be 100% focussed on the Hibs game which is their cup final, only there is no silverware available and they will get a humping anyway.

Normally I would accuse Hearts of lying down v Huns and Dons to mess up our chances of finishing second but I suspect the truth is that they are just pish and we will pump them even if they play out of their skin or make it into a kicking match.

Now that they’ve played our two competitors for 2nd, we can go back to pretending this thread never existed.

Hopefully they lose their 3 remaining games. 28pointsback would have a nice ring to it.
