Candelas in my eyes has been better.. Morelos has been nominated for YPOTY

The commentators have been bigging Forrest up since early season when he beat up on some lower teams in the League Cup. He has a total of 7 league goals, only one against a top 6 club, Killie, & he has 2 assists. Should be nowhere near POTY imo.

Was v impressed with Rogic on Sat even if he did miss a couple of chances, TF. Suspect he would have been a nominee had he played a fuller season.

I’ve not seen much of Brown apart from when he’s played Hibs but anytime I have I’ve been really disappointed in him, he’s not the player he was.

Boyd and Brown should be in there for sure. McGeough has been our player of the season, but McGinn has also enjoyed a good season. Forrest being in there is a shocker though.

If I was a player, I wouldn’t vote for Boyd. I would resent the position he holds as a loud mouthpiece for Scottish football in the MSM. I have never agreed with the situation. Thereagain, maybe his peers admire his high profile. :dunno:
