Sheep go to the Well, but draw nothing each. I'll go for another draw Staggies v Thistle and with that a wee compensation bet in case Hamilton park the bus for a point. 47.5/1 treble for three draws.

Oddly, I think Juve have been the better team for long spells. But they've been undone by stupid mistakes at the back. Which is kind of the mirror image of their usual thing :greengrin

Possession stats 50/50, Chiellini doesn't miss that sitter first half it's a different game. But you can't argue with Reals quality, I tipped them to win the tournament.

Ronaldo was actually posting on facebook as he scored that overhead kick. Simply amazing.

H you should no better than reading into possession stats. 50/50, the final score was 3-0 (away), that just about sums possession stats up.

Agreed. As the away team and leading after 2 mins why would they push too hard especially against an Italian team who are the best at getting a goal and sitting in. Just sat in a bit and waited to pounce but that goal was unbelievable. Sure Zidane would have been happy with an away goal and a 1-1 or 0-1 to take back to Madrid so understand the caution.

Nicely struck but Cech didn't make much effort to keep it out. Didn't seem to extend his arms.
****ing abysmal defending in the build-up too.

Ramsey is a wonderful player. The quick passing, as for the first goal, was sublime and typical 'Arsenal when they're good'.

That finish for the third goal was sumptious.

A handy flutter for first scorer though, especially against teams that set out defensively.

He has good movement at Arsenal corners and being a centre-half is usually decent odds.

I think he's got about half a dozen goals for Arsenal and I'm fairly certain the vast majority, if not all, have been a header from corners and have been the opening goal.

Werner and Keita look very good.

Agree with this friend. He can't defend properly at the level he's at though and that makes him something of a cult hero cos he chips in with goals.
Don't think the Gunners can move forward with that sort of standard. In my humble, of course and I have real long standing affection for them.
I'm worried about Bellerin too. Lighting quick, attacks well, assists brilliantly. Awful decision maker in his own half though, with or without the ball.

Edit. 4-1 up though so I'll shut the moaning now!

They need to strengthen in a few areas, that's for sure.

Bellerin is interesting. He's only 23 so he's got a bit of developing still to do but he does seem to suit playing the wing-back a little bit more than the full-back in a four. Barca have been credited with interest for a good few years now, will be interesting to see whether that comes to fruition. And in Maitland-Niles, it looks like there might be a ready replacement - he's a right-sided player but has impressed massively when asked to cover on the left-hand side.

Back to tonight's game, Ozil has been on very good form. When he's playing well there's very few who can compete with his ability to thread the ball through the eye of a needle.
