OAP ticket query

My dad isn't going to the game tonight and I was looking to use his ticket.

2 questions.

Can an adult use a OAP ticket? And also how would I go about getting the ticket switched from the west to the east?

You'll need to contact the ticket office for both. The ticket will need upgraded to an adult for the game.

Will cost £10, but ticket office do it all the time.
