I phoned the ticket office today and got 4 together which I think must be in section 27. Worth giving them a bell if they don’t appear online.

Section 27 on sale now!

Its really counter productive, they should release seats near the middle first and work out the way.

Because it's Easter Weekend, train tickets have been expensive for weeks.

The cheapest return I can find from York is £73. Add on bus fares and a ticket and that's well over a ton before including food and drink.

I can't justify spending that, particularly as I'm coming up for the Hamilton game on Tuesday.

It'll be a combination of Hibs radio and the dotnet thread for me. :boo hoo:

Hopefully the admins will remember to keep the thread title updated with the score. :aok:

It was a woman I spoke to, she even gave me a choice of front, middle or back. Was it the call centre or the ticket office you spoke to?

The call centre in my experience dont help at all with helping anyone looking to get tickets ..their service is very basic whereas the ticket office have always been great in getting best available !!

I'm going up via Preston from Halifax (I Live in Bradford) as I managed to bag a cheap ticket last week as it's a replacement bus service from Carlisle to Edinburgh.

Going back via the East Coast line and manage to save a few bob by starting at Dunbar

No its not. Selling from the outside in means you have flexibility when theres a potentially healthy visiting support. Selling from middle out could cost serious lost revenue.

There are less than 200 tickets left for non South lower areas for Hibs fans - West around 100 tickets, East 70 tickets and Famous Five 20 odd.

Still a further 150 left in the South lower for Hibs fans with 2 areas currently opened up. Its likely further areas in the South stand will be opened for Hibs fans.

It would have been funny if someone had actually made a "bath of beans" comment along the lines of "ah'm no gaun back until Petrie greets Sinead O'Connor stylee in the aftermath oh a Hibs Scoattish Cup win".

It seemed quite far off when we were signing Rowan Vine, losing at home on penalties to Hamilton and dressing up in monkey suits.

Hibs have only so far released two sections in the South Stand lower for Hibs fans with only around 80 tickets still available for sale from here. The Hibs web site suggests there may be further releases for South lower (does that mean none will be released in South Upper?) for Hibs fans although that depends on what areas were available/sold to Partick Thistle fans?

In the rest of the stadium there are only around 85 tickets available for Hibs fans - West 60, East 18 and Famous Five 17 so safest to buy quick if want to see game?

Of the two sections that are open to Hibs fans, there are just a handful left. I got two together this morning but not many available.

I always use this https://www.virgintrainseastcoast.com site to order tickets.

I've got a railcard as well so it makes it pretty cheap to book tickets upto Scotland.

Don't use Trainline, they charge you commission. Better going direct to the train company direct or via:

http://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/service/planjourney/search

They give you the best fare and divert you to the operator to book.
