£26.00? Is that their cat A price?

Seems a bit steep.

£16 student tickets would be tempting if I wasn't already busy.

They didn’t hit us for £26 earlier in season did they? Paid at gate but can’t recall what was paid.

Yeah they did I think, this is another game where tickets are needless, we are never going to sell out and the only reason they do it is because they know Hibs have 300 or so AST holders that RC are guaranteed cash from regardless if they turn up or not.

I see there are no direct trains to Inverness that day due to railworks. Only option via Aberdeen.

I checked back to the September fixture and it was indeed £26 then as well. Despite that, we had a reasonable enough crowd up, so be interesting to see if our lofty league position will see an increase in the travelling support. It’s a great run up there and an enjoyable away trip (if we win) but high ticket prices probably isn’t going to do much to encourage more to go.

One of my favourite away days. Couple of hours on the bevvy train from Aberdeen, few pints in Dingwall and Inverness, last train home. Barrie

Meanwhile, behind the opposite goal (Jailend South) home fans are paying £22. Shocking.

Per SPFL rules it isn't, provided the accomodation is "broadly comparable".

One for the fans reps surely?

Bet they are not the only club who look at it this way , Ticket might go unused for this one

Agree, its the only stand that does and its the only stand with a price reduction on their site.

Motherwell and Kilmarnock too, when have they ever bothered about selling tickets in advance except big cup games.

Apart from the pies they are a terrible club, hope the go down and join their highland neighbours.

Because it suits LD, not the Hibs fans unfortunately

They're only charging a fiver for under 18s. Maybe £20/£10 would have been a bit fairer.

Anyone know of any buses with seats available for this one? Needing 5 seats on a bus up.

0530 train for us via Aberdeen too. I'm not confident in Scotrail getting us to Aberdeen in time for the six minute changeover to Inverness. Possible we will get punted onto the later connection to finish our journey.

So, just in case, anyone know a decent boozer near Aberdeen train station open early on a Saturday morning?

There's a bus service running between Stirling and Perth that day. No trains running as far as I can see.

Not decent but there’s a pub in the station that opens early. It’s a pub and sells bevvy so will do. Time you due in?

That's ideal, FB. My mate is recovering from a snapped Achilles (he's 58, too old for badminton) so a short walk to the bar will be ideal for him.

Train arrives in Aberdeen 0813, and our connection to Inverness leaves at 0819.

The Aberdeen based Hibbies are booked on the 1013....no bevvy allowed on Scotrail before 1000!
