Don't you have a blue icon if it is truly a "celebrity" account?

If you know how to “verify” your accounts celebrity status. Newbies may not however on the other hand it’s one way to catch a few...

looking at the replies to his tweet, Rotherham fans are an angry bunch for a club who have never won or achieved anything of note aren't they?

Followed Celtic before he followed Hibs. Booooo! But his profile pic and cover photo are both of him winning the cup with us - no doubts about where his true loyalties are :)

I wonder how much he regrets leaving us to go to Rotherham. He’d have been hero worshipped the following season.

He may well have. He might also have had fans starting to turn on him if he had struggled again in the league the season after. We'll never know but I remember a poll on here after around the time we won the cup and a huge number of fans wanted a change even if we were to win the cup. I thought that situation may have affected his decision to move on when he did.

Pity if he took an online forum to heart given the relatively unknown element of who’s voting but if that indeed was the sentiment then I don’t blame him for bailing. However I’d imagine the decision was more family related given the life events for the likes of Doolan.

I think the exact timing of that poll matters.

Surely after the Cup win only a minority of the most bitter fans wanted him to leave?

You should look at the posts round about the falkirk play off game. Disgraceful stuff which I hope some have reflected on in hindsight.
Stubbs turned this club around and the bigger picture was way more important than a few points dropped or a narrow play off defeat.

I was one who wanted him out after the Falkirk play off defeat and I stand by that, it was unacceptable to finish behind Falkirk and then get beat over two legs by them.

I'll always appreciate the work he done at Hibs in turning us around and for the cup win, but I won't worship him in a Kim Jong Sung fashion like the majority on here.

His son & daughter are following the account so I think it will be. He's also on Instagram where he's verified with his most recent post being a video of SoL on Friday night.
