Did I dream this?

I remember Alan Rough kicking the ball from his hands from the away end goal.... I used to sit in the centre stand and he used to kick the ball so high I couldn't see it for a bit because the roof got in the way.......

Anyway.... I remember a game when he kicked the ball from his hands and the crowd laughed and so did he..... and he just stood there and waited.... the wind blew the back and he caught it (it was above his head) - I remember thinking he seemed pretty cool about the whole thing considering it could have been the best own goal of all time!

Did I dream this or did something similar happen??

Does anyone else have memories of games that are heavily disputed i.e. didn't actually happen??!!!

I had a dream the night before we left for Liege.

Dreamt that I'd slept in and was running to catch the bus which was a triple decker!! Eventually caught it only to be told that I'd have to spend the journey on the roof as all the beds were taken.

I actually had the same dream a week later as well.

I know this is not what you meant but your post reminded me of it.

can't say I remember this but I have had a crazy dream about hibs before 😂
we played hearts in a derby at my old primary school and all us fans were standing along the sidelines ..... very strange when you wake up

I had a dream I was playing for scotland and was at the front post - the ball came over low and I got to it first and kicked it in the net but woke up at that moment because I had kicked the wall and broke my toe next to my big toe. it did not hurt as I remember but now has no feeling. :rolleyes:
