Is the pub in Camden showing the Derby on Friday?

Is there anywhere else that anyone knows of? (the less Jambos the better), and preferably North of the river

Quinns is your best bet.

The Steam Passage in Upper Street, Angel will also be showing the game for anyone who canít get to Camden.

If you go there head to The Shakespeares Head afterwards, its like being taken in a timewarp back to the '70s, a proper old school local, I love it.

I was hoping to eat in Quinns later in the year when the NFL games are on in London. How late can I leave it to make a reservation and does anyone have a wine list?

Quinns opens up its reservations in 3 month batches, to non-club members, on the first days of spring, summer, autumn and winter.

Naturally these are snapped up very quickly - I know for a fact that a number of PA's in the city have these dates in their calendars to book up for their CEO's business meetings and other discreet rendevous.

Of course these restrictions don't apply to club members, where we enjoy 24/7 access to the exclusive dinning chamber and other amenities.

Unfortunately it is undergoing some restoration of its original Georgian features. I'm also told they are re-gilding the gold taps in men's lavatories,

Pierre informs me there'll be none of that grid iron pish in here (his words and mine).

I better mention we are here for an investment conference then instead. Is there valet parking and a cloakroom?
