Cheers but never worked, said I already have an account in that name, I did make a James Hunt of it though!!, created one with the same email and password first and this has screwed it up. I'll phone tomorrow and release it. Ta anyway.

No worries, think it’s just an extra security, that you can’t seek someone’s ticket in your network
Well worth setting up the account for future matches though

Trying to release my daughters ticket, too young to have her own e-ticketing account so I have her in my network but the only ticket available to release is my own. Is it possible to release a child ticket from within your e-ticketing network? if so how.
Any help appreciated.

Got the exact same problem. Will email the club tomorrow.

TO and fans probably learning from teething problems

As I said above, you’ll need to create an online account for the person involved

There’s a seat near me in the west upper that’s been empty all season, even the last derby at ER.

Be interesting to see if it’s used tomorrow night.

Apologies if someone else has suggested this but my son and I were chatting about this last and he came up with what I thought was a great idea.

Next season (18-19) if you release your ticket for a game, the club could give a credit, day £10, towards a season ticket in the following season (19-20).

This has a number of benefits :-

less empty seats possibly
the club doesn’t have to return any money in the current season
the club benefits from the resale money
but can put money aside for the credits given for the following season
it encourages people to renew their season ticket to use the credits

looks like a win win win win win win to me.
