There are a lot of folks rounding on Levein, and not just posters that could be Hibby infiltrators, quite surprised that many are calling for him to go.

Couldn't be more pleased, arrogant tosspot.

A humping would be sweet, but in some ways a last minute winner, sliced into his own net by Berra would be more poignant.

Before we get all over hyped about Friday we have to acknowledge the fact that its now become Levin's whole season, possibly even his job. The Yams will kick anything that moves in an attempt to at least get a draw out of it, in view of which we have to approach the game looking to make the most of our superior football and not let ourselves get drawn into a kicking match.

We cant let them score first either or we will face a battle similar to the one we had with Aberdeen at ER earlier this season. The big question Levin faces now is can he lift his players after what has to be a massive boot in the baws? if we can score first it wont take long for the Yam support to turn on their team and if that happens the hammering we all know they are due could well be on the cards.

As usual in any derby I'll settle for a scuffed shot off the post that hits the ref and goes in .... just so long as we win :greengrin

Yup. Derby rules apply. Backs to the wall for either Hibs or Hearts is when they are at their most dangerous and can pull It out the bag. Added to this they’re more that capable of dragging the game into a fight and a dirty one at that.

Let the jousting commence!

The ref needs to get on top of them early doors. If this happens, and a game of football breaks out, they will be in trouble.

I wanted a replay Tuesday that went to extra time so they would be knackered but going out today is just as good in the way they Jambo bottled it.

Friday - their season rides on playing us as it will end them
If they lose and also top 6 chances will be slimmer.

The Yams don’t score many goals - only scored more than once against 3 teams this season..get a goal or 2 and we have a very good chance of winning.

I posted his 'Honours' and compared them with Lenny's on the Scotsman comments, after T(wat)OTT made a comment about him 'out thinking' (I kid you not) Lenny for their last minute scuffed win against us. He came back with nonsense about it being easy to have won more playing and managing Celtc... completely missing the point that Lenny was good enough to play for and manage them

See this is the problem with being an arrogant tosser with nowt to be arrogant about. In actual fact he should, to quote Churchill, be "a modest man with much to be modest about". If he was, at least he might attract a degree of sympathy. But instead he'll continue to be almost universally disliked, even amongst those who have managed and played alongside him when he was a very good centre-half and should have been admired by his contemporaries (attack of the skitter jitters at Dens Park '86 aside).

Make no mistake they will be up for Friday.

As with all Levein teams they will be kick anything that's moves, dive and use whatever underhand tactics they can to win.

Scoring the first goal is crucial. If they get 1 ahead all of the above tactics will be ramped up. If we get an early goal I can't see a way back for them.

They'll still get to go along and support their cousins.

38 years in the game and no trophies for Levein now.

Honestly don't care if they are up for it the bottom line is we turn up we win comfortably. They are bang average bullies we get it down and play only one winner.

This Adao defensive midfielder sounds like a right animal - yellow card every game he plays.

Glad they don’t make any extra money off a Hampden visit also.

The replay would have been a week Tuesday.

Levein's natural order comment will provide us with an additional incentive, not that we'll need one.

They’ve got no chance on Friday and they know it.

We’re in cracking form and don’t need to change a thing. Play our game like we did against Rangers and Aberdeen and we’ll finally get the scoreline our play deserves.

They would only have played on Tuesday if today's game had been postponed.

Any replay would have taken place the following week.

I really hope we do but we all know it’s not guaranteed. To be honest, this is the sort of thing Potter would pin to the dressing room door. I would prefer quiet confidence.

Potters main concern should be his Natural Order comments.

I'm SURE Neil will have the players psyched up after that comment.

Humble pie coming Potters way.

Dave Beaumont has more medals.
