Mr White

Basel v Man City and Juventus v Spurs in the CL, a couple of games in the English championship and quite a few in leagues 1 and 2.

While the champions league isn't everyone's cup of tea and there's no doubt it's twisting the game into a bit of a closed shop at the upper end... it still allows some of the world's best footballers to compete against each other. I'm hoping the game in Turin will be decent.

Mr White

Juve should have gone for the jugular. Far too conservative at 2-0 up.

I think that’s been their main failing over the last few seasons - it’s like they hit cruise control or something mental which makes them lose control.

They’ve been pretty much outplayed by Napoli and Roma already this season but grind it out. It may cost them over this tie, though.

Derek Adams has Plymouth going really well, one loss in thirteen and winning 3 1 tonight. Seems to have taken Plymouth three months to have settled into League 1 and they were bottom for most of that time, now they're only five points off a play-off place.

Think it came down to game time. Monaco offered some first team football this year, with there clearly being more opportunity to break into the team there than Juve. Lad seems to have his head screwed on for a 16 year old, he’s rated as a superstar in the making, apparently.

BBC1, Abbi has died, she tried to talk her dad Max off the roof of the vic when he was up there thinking of jumping. Abbi was up there with her sister Lauren, and both fell off in the rain but only Lauren has survived, although there is a twist.

Abbi was pregnant with Laurens ex partners child, and the baby survived and was born by C section.

The Mother Tania, hates Max as he has been a bit of a scoundrel over the years, he slept with his son Bradley's wife, and Bradley then fell to his death too from the railway bridge if my memory is right that is over the market.

He also slept with Stacey again, Bradleys ex wife at christmas, and split her and her new husband Martin, the guy is a fanny magnet which is strange really as he's no looker and ginger.

There is a bit of a drama at the moment, as they have told Max that the funeral has taken place, as nobody wanted him there, but it came out last night that its not.

So you can see why Dom is watching, and i'm recording it Dave.

This is why I like Klopp's tactics. Keep attacking, try and get five goals up so you can play the kids in the second leg.

Josep Ilicic (he of Maribor, who completely bossed us) has just turned in a mom performance for Atalanta away in Dortmund, scoring 2 goals.

He’s a quality player, Fiorentina signed him following his performance against them for Maribor too.

Atalanta were also really unlucky losing 3-2 to Dortmund.
