Words lifted from a previous tweet maybe but it is dated 3rd Feb @ 4-50pm.

I've looked again and I think it's a different one their was one with exactly the same words a few weeks back. Tbf there are loads of these types of tweets all over Twitter every week especially when they lose.just shows them for what kind of people they really are.
