I can’t decide if the 4 is better or worse than 10. Means we’ll have even more folk trying to get on to a ropey system

The lead up to and then the online battle to get a ticket for Hearts games is now almost as exciting as the match itself.

I was emotionally drained after trying to get a ticket for the last game. Two laptops on the go and I got straight onto the online ticket site at 10am, twenty five frustrating minutes of clicking on each section trying to get one ticket and I got nada, nowt, no ticket....

Might stop individuals from "holding" fewer tickets, as they try to find the best, leaving more free for others ??

Me. I got 10 and after getting those I was then able to get another 1 as I was still logged into the system.

I do, our ticket master got 10 then went back in and got more. Looks like it’ll be tougher this time.

How can you do that if you log in with same client ref? Did he not keep a ticket for himself first time round or using someone else’s id?

He had 11 client refs. 10 used in first transaction then he went back in with the 11th......I presume.
