Very poor today, particularly in the first half.

It’s said every week but how infuriating is it that we seem to dominate every game but teams only need one chance to score against us?

A bit of credit to Killie, they were organised and defended well. Everyone in the league knows the script for Easter Road. Defend deep, waste time, kick lumps of us and you’re likely to knick a goal or two.

Sorry but a new left back is needed.

Lewis great servant but all teams attack him.

Also gets the ball has to stop look up and pass sideways.
Lay off Lewis he's the only out ball we have sometimes, the so called midfielders don't want the ball half the time and as much as I like McGeouch nobody goes side to side more than him.

You would think we would try something different once in a while.

How many goals did Killie get out of Lewis?

It is honestly just a lie that all teams attack him, totally made up.

Did he not contribute to the one they got.

McFly has a point though.

Teams know that Lewis is a wee bit suspect at times and try to exploit that.

Kilmarnock were awful today. They made hardly any serious attempt to actually win the game, come out and play any attacking football, apart from catching Hibs cold right at the start. 10 men behind the ball and suffocate the game was their game plan. Really poor stuff to watch/suffer.

Hibs once again had massive domination and possession, but their old and continuing failing of not being able to translate that possession into several goals cost them points yet again.

The referee, Muir, was his usual self. Very dodgy.

Possession doesn't win games. We are where we deserve to be. I'm not surprised we drew today and as I thought after a tough week we'd struggle. Remember this is a Killie team who are on a very good run and who drew with celtic and beat rangers. The fact we made them look ordinary is encouraging and I'm optimistic we will do some business in January to increase our goals tally. I'd probably worry more about the goals we're losing as its tough coming from a goal behind in so many games. Let's see what the next few weeks bring and I strongly feel we will come out of it better off. Cue sjm being sought after by everbody and his granny.

Did he not contribute to the one they got.Fairly sure it was a poor header from Hanlon and a cracking finish from Boyd.

Thought it broke to Lewis who then miscontrolled it then Boyd scored.

Maybe if more players took more of a chance and, dare I say some responsibility when around the edge of the box and took a shot instead of playing the ball from one side of the box to the other, only to lose it before another chance presents itself. just like killie did today, they scored with their chance at the edge of the box - we want our chances to be from 6 yards out it seems. frustrating.

Amount of chances we had to shoot from the edge of the box and decide to pass 2 or 3 more times then eventually the chance is gone. McGinn tried a few times and was unlucky with the effort that hit the bar. Mcgeouch, as much as I like him, really has to learn how to have a go from the edge

Thankfully a goalkeeping error earned us a point today. There is absolutely no point in a team with no focal attacking point and we have nothing to worry anyone in this league. Shaw could possibly be the one to fill this role in the future but just now we are toothless up front. Big Dave done more in 5 minutes than Stokes did all game, although to be fair so did the physio when he ran across the park to treat Effe. January we have to get rid of Stokes - it was a gamble and it has failed in spectacular fashion - if someone offers £1.50 and a green apple bite their hands off.

Missed header by Hanlon, which Lewis headed straight to Boyd in acres of space !
On another point wtf happened at Hanlons booking ? I thought he was going off !

Errrrr no. Just wrong.

A predator in the box is required in January though.

Couldn't believe that substitution, Ollie looked the most likely to score because he was making an effort. The ball he crossed from the bye line into the penalty spot and Stokes never moved a jot to get into the box :grr: and not for the first time.

McFly has a point though.

Teams know that Lewis is a wee bit suspect at times and try to exploit that.

Most teams try every week with little effect so credit where credits due. He is let down by his almost total left footedness, and that he almost always takes too many touches to get the ball on his left side instead of playing a first time pass. He actually done one today and Swanson should have done better with the 3 on 2 break.

Anyone who watched the last ten games or so will confirm that teams attack us DOWN OUR RIGHT. They ignore Lewis''s side because he a natural full back and is so steady down that side.

We have the right players in our team. But our style of play around the box stinks.

Time to bring in someone to coach that side of our game. For all I like about Lennon, he's clearly out of his depth in that department.

Apart from top four rest are fighting for survival and play accordingly. Defend in depth, foul by rota, waste time and look for one piece of good fortune.

Time for the league to be extended to 14/16 teams.

OK we lose two home games against Rantic and Budgies mob but present gates are making up for it.

And how much change have they got out of him? Not much.

Lewis has justified his place in the team to many different managers now. When opponents target him it's up to us to be more intelligent and counter attack more effectively IMO.

Stoksey gets so much unfair criticism. He is the default scapegoat after every draw or lose. Some people expect too much from him. But he is not magician.

We do seem a little toothless up front but the solution to that is not getting rid of our best striker.

Stokes has had some poor games this season but he is still the number 1 forward at the club and we need him to rediscover the form we know he is capable of.

Stokes did fine today. The midfield was the problem.

As has has already been mentioned McGinn and McGeogh need to get their finger out and start producing. All these sideways 3 feet passes to each other is getting us nowhere.

McGinn backing in to everyone is hugely frustrating when there’s a pass on or space for him to run into.

Overall a decent enough game and point but the same problems persist. Hopefully a new face or two in January will give us the edge we need.

Stokes a couple glimpses of his ability when he.is.given.the ball at his feet, but apart.from that he shows little, asked.for the ball a few times when it doesn't come directly to him he just stops and.waves his arms about in frustratio, lazy and too easily put off his game through his own mentality ...and geez he is slow !!
Not.good enough at all for the guy who is supposed to be our main big player.
