I've stopped even looking at the refs now, they're all as bad as each other and genuinely don't think we have one good one.

I used to think Callum Murray was good (even for a jambo) and for all his faults and for all he wound me up Hugh Dallas was right more often than i gave him credit for at the time but the current lot are absolutely hopeless.

Alan muir is possibly the worst of them all. The same clown who missed the most blatant handball in history against Falkirk

It's stuff like that, and Wednesday's stuff that has me screaming out for use of new technology, although the Falkirk one was not a line issue, it was 2 feet away from him.

Same thread every week with a different name inserted!

Where’s the Sportscene one??

Maybe we could have these two threads as stickies to make it easy for us all!!

I agree with this a lot of incompetent ones rather than cheats although sometimes I do wonder

Bring back the Maltese ref and make our incompetent lot watch and see how it should be done.

The Maltese guys reffed one game and carried a huge amount of goodwill. If they had an extended run we would all saying they were no better than what we have.

To be fair, there was nothing to referee in that game, it was so uneventful.

Awful ref. How Mulumba never got booked is a mystery.

Abysmal at the advantage rule as well on several occasions, most notably assault on Boyle near the end:grr:

Thought Muir had a pretty decent game today. Certainly nowhere near one of the worst.

I would agree, nothing to contentious today.

Apart from not giving us a free kick, he waved play on and his linesman waved his flag. He then stopped the game and booked the killie player.

This is the one that got me, several times we tried to get on with it quickly at free kicks and every time pulled back. Very frustrating.

How could he not see that? Was right in front of him. Absolutely clueless. At least he didn't do something really stupid for a change I suppose.

Don't think he had any howlers today, just many minor moments of general incompetence. Funnily enough I'd say Stevie MacLean (Wednesday's ref) is the opposite - generally very good but every so often drops a massive clanger.
