At the risk of sounding like lieutenant frank drebin of police squad...

theres an irish bar in the French concession that shows Scottish football in. China's biggest city.

i can't remember it's name but it's near Zapata (a Mexican bar in the French concession area)

Probably most likely would be The Shed or Camel Bar but haven't watched footy in either for years.
