Heading off to Ireland for Christmas tonight, our Derby tickets have yet to arrive. We fly into Edinburgh on the 27th and the tickets will be delivered (all bring well to Ayr). Has anyone got theirs? A family member can get them tomorrow but I'm struggling for after Christmas!

you need to phone the ticket office - surely you will be able to print one out, no?

This will be the fourth time its happened in a couple of years, Dundee Utd semi, Ayr away and Celtic semi. Something isn't right.

Tickets have definitely went missing. Hibs are asking Hearts for reprints and will confirm what I've to do on the 27th.

The ticket office are battling with the Yams to get the tickets reissued. I hope my proposed solution of issuing me with two non-view tickets behind the TV box allowing us to enter the stadium and sit in our allocated seats will work if they refuse to reprint.

Hearts have repented and agreed to reprint.

Cmon boys, let's massacre them.

Similar for me. Tickets missing but hearts have reprinted and to collect from some jakey outside the main stand or something like that. Not happy.

Are you going? Yes, that's the main thing!

If the jakey outside the ground has my ticket then I am going. If not then looks like I won't be. Need to wait until before the game to find out

Lets be straight here, you wont be meeting some random jakey, you will be meeting an employee of hearts!

Would never trust the post with anything as important as a derby ticket, I've had loads of stuff go missing in last couple of years, never used to happen.
