Due to circumstances I am without my season ticket today.
Anyone know if I can get a replacement or just a temporary ticket for today.
Tried to phone ticket office but they are closed right now

Not sure what they’ll do, but make sure you’ve got ID on you

Take proof of ID and ticket office will issue a paper ticket. We have done this in the past

Ok brought ID with me, hopefully I get in otherwise it’s off to the pub :aok:

I have just forgotten my ST before and got in by supplying my seat No. and home address, you shall be ok. :aok:

I'm sure someone else posted this here but for those with smart phones, download a card app like "stocard" or similar. It takes a photo of your ST, converts it to a stored image of a barcode (which is scannable at ER) and as long as you have your phone you'll always have your season ticket, and Tesco clubcard, and nectar card, and Costa card, etc etc.

I couldn’t get through via the 0844 number as Sunday’s are obviously set to closed automatically.

Ticket office staff very helpful in these circumstances. They’ll print you a paper ticket no sweat.

When you get your season ticket back remember and take a good photo of it in case you mislay it. Can then scan the image if you don't have your ticket with you.

Left the house and realised I had forgot the season tickets, drove back to the house so was running very late and couldn't find them anywhere 😩 Ticket office would of been closed by the time I made it so there will be 3 empty seats behind the goals
