OK they’ve got away Scot free with their antics but their bullying behaviour and negative attitude has been stripped bare for all to see. They’re fast becoming the team to hate, along with the Glesca twins, of course.

Interesting outcome as far the technical area is concerned.

One gets off for not leaving it (Levein) while the other also gets off for leaving it (McPhee).

Puzzled.

Perhaps the SPFL could explain?

Not a shock. When they shat out of the Partick fiasco it showed how much influence The Cludge has already.

Being spun as getting off scot free but in reality they have been given a warning as to future behaviour which backs up Madden's decisions as correct. This is the managerial equivalent of a yellow card rather than a red one.

What has happened is the compliance officer has not found grounds to take further action.

Both were guilty of unsportsman like conduct and have not repeat not been cleared. They are on probation rather than serving a sentence

They were rolling around on the floor wrestling and Levein hasn’t shut up about Madden, yet no further action?????

Imagine if Lennon did any of that.

How people still give the SFA or SPFL any credibility since everything that has happened since 2012 is beyond me. A more incompetent, corrupt and full of vested self interest organisation you will not find.

When both the management team get sent to the stands, one for blanking the ref, the other for blatantly trying to get a player sent off a warning isn't suffice. Then Levein and their captain who is past it comments calling the ref a cheat or at least questionable and nothing is done.

Lennon or Stubbs prior does this, the outcome?

It's a pity no trophy's awarded for consistently finishing bottom of the fair play league.

This could be something else for Hearts to have a special relationship with.

He got a 4 match ban, 2 matches were suspended until the end of this year but he had to serve the other 2 matches.

We're not yet half way through this season and so far we've seen:

Deliberate off the ball elbows to the face by Lafferty twice in the same match.
Celtic winning the League Cup by virtue of the most blatant dive you'll ever see, and Sinclair later effectively admitting he dived.
Celtic maintaining their unbeaten run by virtue of a penalty won through Roberts barging in front of an opponent then falling over - a slightly less obvious dive.
Levein pointedly undermining the referee's authority then insulting him with his sarcastic clapping.
McPhee inciting an opposition player by keeping the ball from him - resulting in a brawl which required police intervention.
Jack's red cards being rescinded despite being entirely justified.

No action taken for the first three or against Hamilton for the McPhee incident (they were involved in the brawl too), no meaningful action taken against Levein or McPhee and the wrong action taken with regard to Jack.Whatever you think of the standard of refereeing in Scotland the refs are clearly being hung out to dry by the SFA. The disciplinary process is a shambles.

Coupled with the employment of a disgraced racist as interim manager of the national team it looks like they've simply given up.

It's the equivalent of don't do it again or we'll give you another final warning.

They were both guilty and should have some punishment imposed, even if only a suspended ban or fine.

Totally agree the irony of Sinclair scoring the penalty in the second game shouldnt be lost either he shouldnt have been on the pitch. Also wondering why Windass hasnt been pulled up for one of the worst dives I've ever seen on Sunday. The furore after the Hibs Morton game was huge in comparison to the Hearts Hamilton one which were very similar incidents.

Levein openly disrespecting the ref in that way should at least have meant an automatic trip to Hampden. Berra called the ref a joke and again nothing happens.

Couldnt agree more about the disciplinary process an utter shambles.

Didn't Levein refuse to pay a disciplinary fine when he was manager of the Arabs? Was that ever paid?

McPhee's actions were worse than Levin's .... He deliberately picked up the ball to stop the Hamilton player taking a quick throw in and then tried to throw it away when the Hamilton player went to get it off him. That's preventing the opposition from continuing the game and surely had to attract a punishment ... what's next, is he gonna run onto the pitch and tackle Martin Boyle during the derby?

And still nobody mentions that he left the technical area to pick the ball up. That was the first rule he broke.

But that was Neil Lennon though. He brings it on himself. When other people do the same stuff you can't really compare it.

Nope it was at Hearts first time. At Dundee Utd he went mental about goals ruled offside at Ibrox. Think they dirty bassas got 3 men sent off maybe again Killie.
