After the outpouring on here of "I don't like gin but I've bought 2 bottles" they'd be foolish not to do it for most clubs I'd say.

But stealing/being second to an idea from someone else, Hibs in particular, isnt something I thought Celtic would do...

What gin could they make for Hearts?

They could call it "dissapointment" and sell it for £800 a bottle. It doesn't come fully finished so they keep taking it off you and making changes.

The world's biggest and best gin.

A carefully blended mix of red coo dung and plastic owl pellets has been fermented in a vat of sour grapes since 1986 before being mixed with a unique atmospheric asbestos extract then left to mature until the gorgie Maracana is completely fitted out and electricity comes to gorgie.

The premium brand, available to city councillors, certain BBC Sportsound elite and allisbarry, will be known as the Doctors Old Soak.

The low alcohol version specifically for the new Scottish market will be 6%proof and named Doctors Pound of Flesh. This will appeal to many of the yams "wee sherry at Xmas" types as it has an indefinite shelf life.

The Huns Eden Mill Gin will be very bitter and infused with Grass. It should be sipped with enormous restraint.

They're cashing in on the gin thing. Make hay while the sun shines.

Fake copy of the original. Can't see this one being popular and a true Celtc drink would need the blessing of the Buckfast monks.

Anyway, we've got McGin and that is the one that matters.

Hints of sour grapes and absolutely loaded with bitter oranges.

I imagine the Gorgie Gin would have botanical flavours of aromatic chip fat, wet pink paint, urinal yellow wort and heavily scented humble pie...

I went to pour a glass but as soon as I touched the bottle it toppled over spilling the lot.

They're making a Levein 1986 gin soon too. Take care to drink it quickly as the bottle smashes really easily.

The bottle looks poor compared to the glorious Hibs bottle! A bit like their strip compared to ours🇳🇬

Drinking at home is recommended as it doesn't travel well.

Its traditional that Celtic copy us .... nothing new to see here :greengrin

As for Hearts ..... I would imagine that particular tipple is already popular with the Morningside dwelling Rover driving cardigan wearing maroon hordes, they should have their own brand available in a Cow or Owl shaped bottle. Eden Mill could make a fortune by getting the money up front and then just not delivering any Gin, the Yams are used to that sort of thing :greengrin

Does it come with a subtle hint of hypocrisy?
