There was a BBC documentary on last night called Speechless (https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b09cfky7/speechless) about people surviving a stoke but losing the ability to speak. This wouldn't normally be relevant to this board but I was a bit shocked to see that one of the people featured on the programme was Junior Agogo, who you will probably remember as a Hibs player only 5 or 6 years back. I had no idea he had suffered a stroke - sad and frightening to see that this happens to people so young and apparently healthy, and the subsequent impact. Inspiring too though in the way Agogo and others are helped and able to retrain their brain and recover, to varying degrees. Anyway, it's on iPlayer for anyone interested.

Hibs were his last club. I recognise the name, but I don't remember him at all.

That's a pretty shocking thing to happen at that age.

Good assist there too. IIRC he came to Hibs with a pretty impressive record/reputation at club and international level but, like most signings from around that time, it didn't work out.

That's terrible, I wish him all the best in his recovery.
