KOREA STRUGGLE Ex-Celtic and Aberdeen star Niall McGinn could be looking for a return to Scotland after failing to adapt in South Korea with Gwangju
The 30-year-old has started just four games for his new club and has yet to open his account with them.

From the sun.

Worth considering IMO.

He couldn't adapt to life in South Korea, what chance would he have in Dundee!

I do think we've got great options up front on paper but the fact of the matter is we aren't turning enough good play in to goals and wins. If McGinn was available I'd certainly consider it. Feeling he go back to sheep if he was to return.

If we could do a deal in January he'd be potentially useful for the 2nd half of the season.

Not someone we are desperate on but he could be the type to offer something.

I had a response to this post ready that I was quite confident was going to be the best post I'll ever make on hibs.net.

Upon running it past Mrs Smartie though, she confirmed that it was sexist, racist, offensive and definitely not suitable for a family board.

I'll leave you all to make whichever links you choose to make between Korean delicacies and Dundonian women.

I'm not getting involved.

I’d certainly take him, pacey and knows where he goal is. Certainly wouldn’t be a bad option

We will only be bringing in other players if we let some go.

Hope there is some milage in this, good player who knows where the goal is and would certainly give us more options up front.

I've never been a big Niall McGinn fan. About as good as Stevie Crawford was in my opinion.

Absolute no brainer, would be a great signing. He's loved up here, my Aberdeen supporting step son worshiped him. He'd be devastated if we signed him.

Ryan gauld is believed to been looked at with a view to a loan in January. Has family around Edinburgh so makes sense. We shall see.
