Do we have a reciprocal arrangement for hibs tv to show video overseas like we seem to now have with Celtic and Aberdeen?

Since it's a home game I would have thought they definitely would show it. If it is also shown on Hears TV then it might indicate some reciprocal arrangement has been made.
